Finding Help for your Home in CB1
Need help with your home? We’ve provided contact details for all the buildings in the CB1 Estate so you can resolve your issue quickly.
Each building has the name of the management company responsible for it, a 24hr phone number, and an email address. The contact details can be found with the help of our Interactive Map and the Management Contact List further down the page.
Urgent Issues
If your issue is urgent (e.g. flood, hazard or an immediate security issue), please call the appropriate 24/7 helpline phone number, found below.
Non-urgent Issues
If it is NOT urgent, we suggest that you send a message to the email address. Ask for an ‘open receipt’ so you know when it has been read.
Emergencies
If there is an emergency such as a crime in progress, a fire or urgent medical attention is required, please call 999.

Raise issues over utility provision and services including Electricity, Lighting, Heating, Water or Refuse collections
