CB1 Community – Safer, Sustainable & Healthier Community Living
We’re here to provide key information for those of you that live, work and play in the Station Road area of Cambridge.
Like all urban communities, the residents of CB1 need to know who they turn to for support whether to manage and improve their living standards, maintain facilities on the estate or to report problems and concerns when they arise.

In this section you’ll find key information and the contacts to enable you report issues relating to your building, locate services in the area, and discover community groups and meetings. You’ll also find a breakdown of the estate management costs and planned budgets.
Community Safety
CB1 has seen its share of antisocial behaviour, domestic abuse and hate crimes and we are working to reduce that. Contacts and tools to report such problems are available here. When reporting an incident any information you give us is totally confidential unless we are legally required to report it.
Get Involved
Communication and social cohesion are important to community in CB1 and there are several ways that you can get involved in the community and support our effort to improve. So if you live, work or play in the area and want to help develop the CB1 Community, you do can so in the following ways:
Your Service Charge
The CB1 Management Company has published the estate-wide budget for the current financial year. For clarity, this is the period beginning on 1st April 2022 and ending on 31st March 2023. Please also note that the budget for the previous financial year (1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022) can also be found below.
