Yoga and Meditation in the Community Room
The Community Room is back in service. Come and enjoy Yoga and Mediation in your lunch hour from 8th and 9th November onwards.
Yoga Classes, Tuesday’s 12.30pm

Marina is an experienced Yoga teacher who delivers regular sessions in Cambridge University Colleges as well as her own classes. Her intention is to bring the gift of yoga to support the wellbeing of the community, bringing balance and harmony to body, mind and soul. The classes will be taught in a stress-free oasis where people can find relaxation through a practice which will be adapted to different needs and abilities. Practices to increase flexibility, strength and finally relaxation.
Classes are £8 per session and long term attendance is recommended.

Free Meditation, Wednesdays 12.30pm

Positive Thinking and Meditation. Sessions providing a brief introduction to meditation and how to access the deep reservoir of positive qualities that are in all of us. The meditation process can help support your general wellbeing and develop your thinking to its full potential. Each session will include guided meditations as well as a chance for discussion and questions. Early sessions will include :

16th November: Experience a Higher Consciousness’
23rd November: “Self Discovery’
29th November: “The Gift of Happiness’
Just turn up. Classes are free but please donate what you can afford so they can can continue.
